Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events.
4. Travel Insurance: Ease Holidays strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events. We are not liable for any costs incurred by travelers who do not have adequate insurance coverage.

Ease Holidays does not assume any responsibility for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during travel. It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with all local laws, customs, and regulations, including visa and vaccination requirements.
6. Force Majeure: Ease Holidays shall not be held liable for any delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, extreme weather, and government restrictions.

We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties, nor for any errors, omissions, or negligence on their part.
8. Assumption of Risk: Traveling to certain destinations may involve inherent risks. By booking with Ease Holidays travelers acknowledge and accept all risks associated with their chosen itinerary, and waive any claims against Ease Holidays for damages arising from those risks.
