Itinerary

Arrive in Colombo, Sri Lanka’s bustling capital, where you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, spend the day exploring Colombo’s blend of historical and modern attractions. Visit landmarks like the Gangaramaya Temple, famous for its sacred relics and stunning architecture, and Independence Square, a symbol of Sri Lanka’s freedom. Enjoy a leisurely evening walk along Galle Face Green, a scenic urban park beside the Indian Ocean. Wrap up your day with a visit to Pettah Market, a vibrant local bazaar, before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.

  • Overnight stay in Colombok

After breakfast, Transfer to Bentota & will cover the day with thrilling water sports like windsurfing, diving, or jet skiing (optional) in Bentota’s clear waters. Later, visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, a conservation project dedicated to preserving endangered sea turtles. Here, you’ll learn about different turtle species, their nesting process, and conservation efforts. Enjoy a peaceful afternoon at the hotel or a sunset walk along the beach before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Bentota.

After breakfast, set out for the journey to Kandy, the cultural heart of Sri Lanka, located amidst lush hills and tea plantations.En route, stop at a spice garden to learn about Sri Lanka’s aromatic spices, including cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg, and enjoy a short tour of the grounds. Upon arrival in Kandy, check in to your hotel. Later, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a revered Buddhist temple that houses the sacred tooth relic of Buddha, and stroll around Kandy Lake to absorb the city’s calm and scenic atmosphere. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Today, explore the Royal Botanic Gardens in Peradeniya, famous for its vast collection of orchids, towering palms, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Enjoy a peaceful walk through the gardens before returning to Kandy to spend the afternoon at leisure or explore more of the city’s local shops, crafts, and gems.

In the evening, experience a traditional Kandyan cultural show featuring vibrant dances, fire walking, and traditional music that celebrates Sri Lanka’s heritage. Overnight stay in Kandy.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and make your way back to Colombo for your departure. Depending on your flight time, you may have a few final hours for some last-minute shopping or a quick bite before heading to the airport, marking the end of your Sri Lanka adventure.
